On the hunt for a dealer who will buy it back at 2k !!!!!
acha.. Are the tyres silent? What color of alloys do you recommend me, my verna is real forest(beige).

So Changes Done
Alloy wheels-->14inch (cost 18k)
Tyres--Michelin XM+--195/60/14 (cost 12k)

Total: 18k+12k - 2k for each tyre ie 10k = 20k ??
is it like that? or total 30k?

Try negotiating man.Tyres are silent and they offer pretty good grip and comfort.

Cost of a single Tyre - 4250rs-dealer took the stock tyre for 2000.I strongly recommend you to go for Michelin XM+.its costly but really worth it.

I got the alloys for 18k.
total it came close to 30k.

I would recommend you to go for chrome alloys.mine was passion red so i went for black alloys.

Gear Lock Installed

hi guys,

Installed gear lock for my VERNA CRDI yesterday from hyundai dealers itself.

Dealer:MGF hyundai(willington island-cochin)

Cost of installation 2k(gear lock-1536, labour charge-522).
Gave the vehicle at 9am and got back at 3pm same day.

There were few BHPians eager to know about installing gear locks for verna .Hope this information will be useful.

Regards
Binoy
