Nice car redsfx, the car looks lovely and well kept. Congratulations on your birthday gift and Happy Birthday. Patience always pays. I went through a similar ordeal before I got my OHC.

Happy driving and drive safe too.

congrats redsfx on your buy and it surely looks handsome and nicely maintained. Also welcome to the club

and yes the clutch is bit tight when compared to lancer or OHC.

I have been doing a bit of controlled driving with A.C. and been getting 8.6-9/100kms in the digi readings. Thats about 11.6 in the city. Are the readings accurate and reliable? If its accurate its amazing a car of this size and power returns this kind of mileage. How about the other RS owners? How much do you guys get?

And also what tyre pressure do you guys maintain?

Cheers

to be honest with you i dont use vRS as my daily drive and when i drive it which is generally on weekends i dont do controlled driving. Its pedal to the metal basically and thats why i dont care much about mileage. Its really really tough to drive this beast sedately and i know i'll never achieve good fuel efficiency from my car. So havent really kept track of my mileage

@ashish22: The problem I face now is that after driving this beast I just cannot drive my other cars. And if it returns this kind of mileage why not use it as a everyday ride. The hyundais and mitsubishis feel so flimsy and underpowered. Drove my friend's new civic yesterday and couldnt wait to get my hands back on my RS.

Congrats redsfx, thats a killer ride.

11 kmpl in the city with a vRS is surprising, and super cool too cheers:

Have fun & drive safe.

Any mods planned?
