redsfx you have an advantage of ripping the car from day 1 unlike abhinav who has to take it easy during run in.

Beautiful car red, congratulations on getting yourself the perfect Birthday gift. Hope to see it sometime. A wise man once said "All things come to those who wait".

my top speed on this beast is 160 yet :(
havent really got the opportunity to properly rip it..but 160 was achieved in 3rd gear with 5 people and a/c on full blast. And it achieved 160 in no time!

I hit 160 the other day without even noticing it because my bro and me were too busy enjoyin the exhaust note. This was managed in one of the busiest roads in Chennai. But this was done on a Sunday afternoon when there wasnt much traffic. This was achieved between the Skoda showroom in teynampet and the Merc showroom. Before I had noticed I had touched 160 in third when I went past Marriot but then needed to cool off as I needed to take the turn near the Merc showroom.

Its exhilirating but its certainly not for the weak at heart.

I have already been ripping the monster around. Also knowing that you paid almost only half as much as other new RS owners but got a car in pristine condition adds another 20bhp to the car psychologically.

Very True Dude
I wanted a second hand one too. But all of them i saw were not in good conditions, some ripped, some accidental and other issues too.

Only after i bought a new one, i found a good second hand one, which i told ashish22 about and he purchased. Lucky Dog

I'd Rather advice you to keep the OHC and modify it like viper.
Put Turbo et all

But if you really want to change and not loose that spirit

How about Optra Magnum Diesel with some Mods to it.

Use your rs as your daily drive.
Sell the ohc and use the money for petrol and incidental expenses
