Congratulations SSN.

The combination of Black along with Chrome grills really looks great on Linea. I think the chrome best suits the colour Black.

Nice seat covers.

A big Thanks to everyone for their wishes. I bought the car and the seat covers from Fortune Motors, Powai. The seat covers cost me around10K. Have driven around 300kms. And the experience has been fantastic to say the least. The car really is a head turner and lives up to the Admiration Guaranteed tag. Haven't had a chance to calculate the FE by the conventional tank full method, but the MyCar system shows that I am getting an FE of 10.8 km/l (all in city conditions). I will post the detailed experience and review over this weekend. Once again 'Thank you' to everyone.

Yeah it does come with a handrest. I hadn't lowered it while taking the pic.

Do tell us about the drivability of the Petrol in comparison to competition like Fiesta, Verna, ANHC. ( Assuming you have driven them for a TD)
The on road cost for the car was 7.76 L. Overall cost was approximately
8.0 L (seat covers, reverse sensors, mats, car cover, 3M paint protection, Dinitrol treatment).

Congratulations SSN. Your car looks gorgeous in that colour.
Hope you have kept a trained cleaner for this beauty.
Suggest you to do the interiors yourself once in a week.
Cheers.

congrats ssn for the new car.

you are one of the few it seems who have let their hearts rule over the head during the purchase decision - and i am sure you were right. Fiat has upped the ante with the Linea and the car is a winner. The diesel felt alright - not too underpowered under city conditions as many people might lead us to believe - dunno about the petrol one though.

Can you give us detailed road test report of the same. The handling is brilliant we all know - what about the rest of the features in the car.

And btw the black looks great for this particular car with chrome bits thrown in for good measure.

Nice car and awesome interiors.
Black looks great on Linea. Were you able to squeeze out any discounts/freebies from the dealer?
