Congrats Harshavarthan. Looks cool. I think you should raise the dealer issue with FIAT immediately.
Whats the traffic situation in Madurai nowadays?

That too was offered by the owner of the dealership and not the employees. Unlike the sales people and other staff who were arrogant and uncooperative, the owner of the dealership was very kind. Even the GM never bothered to cool us. I'll recommend not buy linea from Madurai as far as possible.
Welcome to Hell harsh, fiat dealers still behaves the same arrogant way, which is why their products being world class doesnt sell that gr8 numbers, contact head of fiat in your state and let them know your experience, as these dealers go away with such attitude as no one feedbacks to the company, else enjoy her admiration and drive safe.CHEERS!!!

the car looks great. Drove the diesel and petrol version. Disappointing from a drivers point of view. A very boring drive. Great car if you have a driver and dont want him to drive fast A bumpy ride for passengers too. could feel every bump on the road.

Congrats Harshavarthan!

From the picture I am not able to make out if it is a petrol or diesel, I have the same car, enjoy your ride and drive safe.

About the dealers well, there are a couple of them around who will push the TD cars, if not all, thats the reason you need to do a PDI yourself

I had expressed my dissatisfaction about some work on my Palio to the service feedback mechanism of TATA motors for my Palio and then the service advisor told me that the dealer(Service center owner) has got a Memo for the same and finally the service advisor who took my car for running repair was held responsible by the owner of the service center.

This was very unexpected for a FIAT customer like me but then the good thing is, they follwed it up with the service center. Please do not let it go, report this immediately. May be the dealer will sell the same demo car to an unsuspected customer in near future.
I think its a waste to report it to FIAL. I actually made a complaint in FIAT website about the same dealership regarding their arrogance and bad customer relations but never got a reply from them.

I sent My Father with his checkbook to book this car on the second day of launch. He was not received well in the showroom and he came home very upset. He was worried about the ***. I had to make him read the reviews in ACI and only then he decided to take risk. We decided to buy from them and for service we decided to send the car to coimbatore TAFE motors.

Any idea about TAFE motors about how good or bad they are?

Harsh, 1st of all congrats on your new ride. Well I have had a Indigo before and overall experience with TAFE was quite pathetic. But i heard its tad better now. Even when i went to TD the Linea, they were least bothered, no calls even after TD.

That's the valid mail id. I hope you get a positive response from FIAT on this. Dealer is not doing any favor by selling us a car but rather we are doing them a favor. FIAT/TATA motors should act against such dealers ASAP before they pollute the positive response Linea is getting.

No immediate plans, maybe after couple of years

Though I wish Fiat manufactures Bravo in India and price it well.
