White i20 is really complimenting the exteriors of your house!
So hows the experience of driving it so far?

Congrats JayD. Thats some suspense. So you Hyundai Crdi owners have a thing in common eh? Iraghava roams around his Getz Crdi with a 1.1 badging on the rear, i hope you haven't got a Getz or a Santro badge on your i20

I just love the looks of the i20. Its got the grab you by the collar looks. Im sure the 1.4 Crdi is a frugal mile muncher with a solid kick. Please give us your driving impressions and a report with interior pics.

I am in the process of getting a new car which mainly the wife will drive and i was thinking in terms of the i20 Crdi Auto (since she wont touch a manual)

Only one point, i feel the car is a tad bit overpriced by a lakh and a half rupees but then its the only hatch (read small car by the wife) with an auto boz besides the i10.

Lol!! The santro badge sounds tempting gogiji! Unfortunately, there is no auotbox with the diesel. the auto is only for the 100bhp 1.4 petrol! I'll surely post my initial impressions tomorrow.

JayD

Awesome car and a nice beautiful house you have
The car really looks damn good and elegant in white color. The variant you chose has i think all goodies and best safety features till atleast 15L bracket.

Interiors toh i dont need to speak about, the sunroof is looking good. Hope you get to use it, in Delhi if we have that the interiors will get dirty and our faces will become black after 30-40 kms

Congrats on another great buy JayD.

I got to drive the car last night, it was awesome, the car really moves. The turbo kicks in at really low rpms and from there on it's all woooooossshhh.... It's hard to drive it slow, I found the steering to be a lil too sensitive for my taste(anything will be over assisted after driving an amby all day long).
It maybe a hatchback but it's no ''small car'' by any margin.

The sunroof is being put to very good use by jayd, who has an extreme case of sunroof fetish. He was waving through it like a little kid when he entered my gates !!!

Only thing I am gonna miss is the Matiz and it's unbelivably good ICE , which can't be replaced in anyway by the amazingly good stock ICE on this car :( .

Don't wanna spoil anymore surprises by posting more info & driving impressions, Jayd's got a nice little list of bare essential mods planned out for the car which he'll be posting soon.

Thanks for the drive bro , congrats and happy motoring once again.

Now waiting for the runnin in to be over with, then it's D R I V E baby D R I V E

Great pics JayDji.

Sorry guys i beg to differ but the i20 does come with an auto box crdi version. Its being advertised all over the place. The 1.4 petrol comes only with the auto box but they have advertised the i20 crdi with auto. Maybe its available only in top trim or maybe not available as yet.

Gogi, i20 is not available in CRDi AT. 100% sure on this.

Welcome to Hyundai Motors India Limited

They advertise Hyundai i20 now available in 1.4L CRDi and 1.4L AT. The 1.4L AT is the petrol AT only.

what they advertise is misleading. They are advertising 2 different cars, one is 1.4 CRDI, another is 1.4 Petrol AT.

That causes confusion to people that they are advertising 1.4 CRDI AT. I am quite positive, there is no such thing as 1.4 CRDI AT as of now.

Jayd:

is there a DTE in your Asta(o) version? It is there is the manual but not to be found in any version (magna, asta, crdi, AT, etc).
