You sure about back seats?. Me and my mon didn't find it comfortable as the Fiesta or the IKON in the long run. No offence buddy, just quoting facts. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I believe, the car should be stable at even more high speeds. 100km/hr and a tight bend is not a big issue for the ANHC, Fiesta. Only a bit of tyre screech.

The seats are awesome, but the rotary knobs for AC look/feel cheap.

Mevtec, The 20K service bill shows you have used Synthetic engine oil.

Just wanted to know when did you switch to synthetic oil, is it after third free service?

There has been lot of discussion (Synthetic Vs. Mineral Engine Oil) on this subject and general opnion was mineral oil is good enough. Sythentic oil, although lasts long, has no aparent benifits.

Just wanted to know your presepctive on this subject.

Synthetic oil change every 5k kms? is the service center asking you to change or you being too cautious.

Just managed to check this thread..very precise and detailed observations. Have mine also since Mar 2009 done close to 24K kms now.most observations experience are similar to your's. Have stuck to mineral (thanks to all the feedback at T-Bhp)!!.

Have gone with sunfilm incl front, its a boon given the large glass area which really heats up fast.

Have ended up with few rattles, guess coming from the compartment on driver side at knee level..the cover seems to have gone loose. Strangely the sound is missing while driving on the expressway, yet to figure out the real source.

Enjoy the city!!

Hey without any doubt this is the best ownership review of the anhc!!Congrats on a very good job!!

Read in some previous post that you were planning to put regular petrol instead of 91octane brew!!are you using regular fuel now?also what is recommended in the owners' manual?

I can understand the narrow lane problem you are talking about!!one of my uncle stays near dpi junction and getting a car, even a small hatch inside his house is a nightmare!!thats the problem in trivandrum!!

Ahh well there's my car!!

I think that photo was snapped just after I registered it and was waiting for Car Palace TVM to deliver my high security number plates..

Yes there are 3 white ANHC's in our hospital.. one is yours, one is mine and the third one belonging to a certain doctor in Surgery Dept.

Then there's a grey one that is here occasionally, belonging to a student too.
Which is the fifth one?

And by the way, I really like your ownership report. Really honest and from the heart. Really inspiring me to start one of my own!
