Thanks SX4Lover..Great tips ..I will look into Opulent & 3M options.

As you are in Pune, you can get Jopasu Duster from their office in Erandawane or from Poona motors Camp for Rs. 400-450.

I just get the car washed every week and dried with chamois leather. Will buy the car duster soon. take care not to pass over untarred road in high speed as small stones tend to fly and chip the paint.

I am thinking of going for car paint protection treatment from either opulent Opulent or 3M treatment by any of the car dealers in pune.
And yes!! i change the windshield wipers every monsoon. (OT)

But that would have just the reverse sensors right? The one I saw at the Maruti showroom had a lcd screen, 4 sensors and a camera as well. Do you know if autocop has anything similar?

Congrats on your new car. That's quite a lot you've spent on accessories.

I'm surprised they've not called it the AXi like the Esteem AX, Zen AX and Wagon R AX.

First of all Congrats on your new beauty. Wise decision indeed.

I am surprisingly happy for the FE that you are getting. With my MT and all possible sedate driving (with few spirited situations) I have managed to get 10-11 in bangalore B2B traffic condition. Huh...looks like need a refreshing driving crash course after 16 years of driving. The Maruti chap told me that I can expect a 8-9 figure for the AT.

Quite a good choice on accessories. I replaced my stock Nippon speakers with JBL speakers and the difference is definitely prominent. Of course i cant expect them to perfrom like a whole component based system.

On the first page, the back side photo shows glowing reflectors - is it because of camera or are there any such glowing reflectors or they are not reflectors at all ?

Whats your feedback on the steering ?

Would like to see how the sunroof looks from inside the car and buttons for operation

I am assuming that there is a soft fabric cover in addition to the glass sunroof? Please confirm!

Some shots of the fabric covering as well would be great!

The fuel economy that you are getting is simply amazing for an AT car. Maybe it is in city driving but without the AC as the winters were just around I still have not switched on the AC in my car.

Anyways lovely purchase and the sunroof looks really cool. In fact it is probably the first SX4 with a sunroof that I have seen. Congrats for your new car.

12 ?? TWELVE kmpl ?? WOW !! I hate it when you feel a little stupid a few months after buying a new car. Anyway I think I'll get over it.

Congrats on the new car! Black looks the best on an SX4.

The sun roof and sport kit really make it look great!

12 kmpl in city with an AT box is quite superb! Do you need to drive very sedately to get this?

Could any of you guys please clarify whether this average is with or without AC. Also I shall be delighted if someone can post some neat well lighted pictures of their SX4 AT's.

What method do you use for calculating mileage? Or does the new instrument cluster provide mileage figures as well ?
