Initial Review: VW New Beetle 2009

I've been beetling around and has munched nearly 3500kms of broken tarmac. I'm glad theres been no clitter-clatter from the bug, considering being driven on what we call the "road".

Finally i've got some company of other bugs in Raipur: 2 in white and 1 red.
@ ashish & Aditya:I'll be getting the interiors done within a couple of months. I can never decide which tone to settle for, as of now its the Tan leather with white piping is what i've got in mind.

Damn! ..... I've been driving in and about Raipur and Korba for the last 6 months of my posting here and never spotted the bug!. Would be cool to catch up with the T-bhp'ians here the next time

P.S .. About the leather seats, let me know if you need some help with quality leather. I could help with getting them done in B'lore at Ovion/Stanley and bringing them over to Raipur for fitting.

Bug managed to touch 180kmph for the first time and all respect to the new raipur roads which are unbelievably smooth and unswerving expanse of tarmac sans traffic (sounds hypothetical) and arguably one of the finest roads in the country. More pics from the phone.
