Good one Imran. I have to salute your grit of going to RMs when most of them are organized in a haphazard manner. I understand this RM took the cake with respect to bad organization?

Some of my Wanderer friends were cribbing that it basic amenities were also not taken care of properly. I understand the riders are expected to rough it out and all that but, come on, without basic amenities taken care of, I would be very uncomfortable to live in such conditions

Really sad way to treat the passionate bull riders

There were more than a few loose ends.
No doubt about it.

No one predicated that it would also be the coldest night in five decades.

Friday night was really tough because we were not prepared for it. But Saturday night had us prepared. I simply slept sandwiched between mattresses.

Food was edible. Could have had more variety but it was not terrible.

Toilets were a big concern. I was lucky on Saturday morning. Found a very clean toilet but it had no light. So I used a torch. On Sunday morning had no choice but to step out into the open wooded area with two bottles of water.

Rider Mania was a big issue for people who lacked initiative and wanted others to help them out.
For bikers, we just figured out what needed to be done and did it our way.

To be very honest, I have no complaints about the outing and would do it all over again.

Ah! the good old AVL Tbird 350(and that too a CDI) being still ridden by someone passionate makes me think I am not alone.

Also the picture of the all new Tbird and your Tbird together looks cool. I would like a attend Rider Mania some day as I haven't done it so far. Your posts inspire me to do so. Only dilemma would be which RE model(that I have) should I take to the Rider Mania.
