The rims are mesmerizing!!

I always wondered about the negatives of such exposed rims.

Does the disc brake gets effected as dirty/dust can easily settle on disc brakes?

Few rims have very thin spokes, are these rims fragile?

I have used these rims for over 10k kms, i never felt they are fragile.
Disc brakes are fine as well. Never noticed significant dust settlet.

Good to know this, but anyone with some more technical or scientific explanation? As per general knowledge, when some dirt settles on disc brakes with few minute stones, it can lead to marks on disc brakes. Also during rain when there is slush even that can get settle on it.

I have similar 15" wheels on my car. A bit different though.
I picked these cause they are easy to maintain and looked better IMO.
Do you have a side profile view of your car. That should be interesting to see. The wheels are good, no doubt.

@slipstream, wheels look great in that pearl white finish and specially as the are the same design as in Lenso Samurai SC04.

Excellent choice.

@ audiophile / white vdi : thanx guys ! actually began dreaming up of alloys in white finish the minute I decided on the the swift. The waiting period gave me the time to scout around for my dream wheels and one fine day, voila !!! I should thank Deepak of Tyrestore Chennai for his supreme patience when I kept flip flopping between different patterns of wheels. Chennai bhp-ians looking at alloys/tyres do give this guy a try...he's definetely worth it
