Have you tried reaching out to their cust care over phone? They are generally responsive over phone.

Yes, I called them this morning and I was told that the tyres would be shipped out today for sure.

But I received an email response subsequently which said “We would like to inform you that the tyres have been ordered from the company. We will make the latest available stock in the company and be dispatched to the customer”.

I am kind of unsure if they have the tyres in stock or if they are just buying time from me.

Despite my concerns, Tyremarket did an outstanding job in procuring the tires for me well within the promised date. I highly recommend their service!!!

Re: Tyremarket.com Reviews? Buying tyres online

I have placed an order today for a set of 4 Pirellis (235/60/R18) which their website showed in stock. Post order confirmation, when I call them, they say the manufacturing date can be anytime in last 2 years which was a bummer.

Have mentioned to confirm the manufacturing date before shipping and if it's >8 months, planning to cancel the order.

Let's see how it goes as the wait begins.

Received a call from customer support and they did confirm the manufacturing date as 51st week of 2022 which makes them just 4 months old. Gave a go to ship them and they will come from Mumbai.

Had a pleasant experience dealing with tyre market. Placed an order for a set of 4 tyres(235/60/R18) for my Santafe. Initially they planned on shipping it from Mumbai but few hours later they called and confirmed stock availability at their Bengaluru fitment center

Booked a slot for Saturday and visitied the fitment center in Indira Nagar and the job was done in 40 minutes. Tyres were manufactured on 51st week of 2022. Manjunath from tyre market was constantly in touch throughout and ensured a smooth process.

I will definitely recommend tyre market and will comeback for sure whenever I have a requirement.

Re: Tyremarket.com Reviews? Buying tyres online

bumping this thread, because it's new shoes time for my car. How has the website faired since April 2023, can any buyer can share their experience? also,
1. how does one claim a warranty when purchasing online?
2. Since most alignment centers are tire sellers themselves how did you find a fitment shop?
3. how did you scrap your old tires?
4. when accepting online orders did you find any damage during the transit and how do you deal with it, because the terms and conditions on the website are,

" The Website shall be at liberty to accept or refuse any order in full or in part without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
Goods supplied shall be deemed to have been supplied as per the Buyer's specifications unless the Buyer, within 24 hours from the receipt of the Goods gives the Website a written notice of any claim, that the Goods are not of stated description or specification to enable the Website to investigate and take appropriate action.
Website will not be responsible for any shortage/damages notices after delivery or fulfillment has been accepted by the Buyer."

5. the price difference from reputed dealers to tyremarket is in the range of 3-4k for a r14 185/70 four numbers. which is why it's tempting and confusing.

I took the plunge today, out of necessity, and couldn't wait for member feedback. had to go with existing reviews.

first off the customer care guy who was responsive in the beginning was getting annoyed with my questions and asked me to order and gave the order no for further details.

I did order continental UC6 4 nos with fitment, balancing, and alignment, and upon ordering a different member called and said slightly older tires from 4123 are available than the 4523 promised to me, to which I said I was fine with it.

The tire was ready in 45 minutes at the fitment center where I asked it to be delivered, from when I placed the order, though I doubt that the tire was already held by the dealer there, I have no way of knowing this.

I arrived at the fitment center and work was started immediately after I checked the tyres. the bar codes were scanned and uploaded before fitting began, for warranty purposes.

the balancing and alignment was a sloppy job though this centre has good reviews on Google.

Asked for changing the valves without asking for the price and had to pay dearly for that later.

old tyres were taken in for 100 bucks each and the valve with valve fitting was charged at 800. so paid the 400 difference and cleared the space.

So finally a good buying experience that saved me 4000 INR at my place and about 2k from the celebrated dealer here in Team BHP. I am sure I would have gotten a better service and proper alignment from this dealer than what I got here.

Since this was in Bangalore where the tyre market is located they were able to provide express service, and I traveled 50 km to and fro to get them fitted at an average shop.

hope my sharing my experience helps somebody make an informed decision.

Happy motoring.

Re: Tyremarket.com Reviews? Buying tyres online

Hello all

Thought of doing my due diligence and updating this thread because I purchased from TyreMarket after reading reviews here.

I was out to buy 5 tyres for my Hyundai Sonata that I'm in the process of restoring to factory spec (My Pre-Owned 2005 Hyundai Sonata 2.7L V6 | Ownership Review, Restoration & TLC). The crux of the matter was that every local dealer I spoke with only had H-rated tyres which are rated for 210kmph. My car came specced with V-rated tyres rated for 240kmph. I was insistent on getting V-rated tyres which no one seemed to have. One uncle even gave me a lecture stating that such speeds were unsafe for Indian roads and that the tyres would not be affected by "some running" at those speeds. I wasn't taking any chances.

TyreMarket was the most obvious choice. I wrote them an e-mail regarding the manufacturing date of the tyres and didn't receive any response for 2 days. However I added the tyres to cart to verify a discount code and didn't check out, which prompted a call from their sales exec. He said the tyres could be up to 1 year old but they'll send me the latest ones possible. I wanted a confirmation prior to buying which they didn't provide.

Took a leap of faith and placed the order. I was told on call they would confirm the date before shipping - that didn't happen either, they simply shipped them.

The tyres were delivered 2 days ago and I'm pleased to report that the manufacturing date is Wk 13 of 2024, so 1st week of March '24; not bad at all.

I paid ₹37,800 for 5 tyres (Yokohama Earth 1 E400 205/60 R16 92V) excluding fitting.

I would buy from TyreMarket again.

Re: Tyremarket.com Reviews? Buying tyres online

Any Idea how do they manage the warranty part post purchase?
Anyone faced any issue while claiming warranty if at all?
Warranty registration is done by TyreMarket or by ourselves?

Enough of me talking, let the pics do the talking now. I personally loved the OWL and the tread pattern of these.

Hi. Just wanted your feedback on the Ultramile Bull AT tyres. How are they ? Specifically how is the wet grip, road noise, durability and ride quality on tarmac. It seems to tick the other boxes. And is the ageing and wearing significantly altering the tyre charecterestics when new or is it progressive and linear ? I am considering these due to the proper A/T pattern and expected off road performance. And they look delicious too.

Sorry for the late reply, apart from the road noise, everything else is great! 30000Kms, approx. 3 years and counting, only faced one puncture in one of the tyres till now! Ageing and wearing are progressive, pretty sure mine will last another 30000Kms if I don't change them by the beginning of their 6th year ownership!

I saw the thread again only today! Please use the "Quote" feature so the person behind the post gets to know when you have a question for them!

TyreMarket registers the tyres with Yokohama on your behalf. I got an SMS from Yokohama with an OTP, and a call from TyreMarket.
That said, they did botch the process because I checked the warranty card and it showed only 1 tyre on warranty. After a lot of follow up, they responded and agreed to modify that. That never happened.

I'm actually discontent with that part of buying online. However, given that my car will run less than 3,000km per year, these tyres will eventually have to be replaced due to the age factor rather than due to serious miles being clocked on them... I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

Re: Tyremarket.com Reviews? Buying tyres online

My trusty Duster AMT (2017), a true city workhorse, has clocked ~72,000 KM. While it’s been dependable, I had to replace two tyres early at the 25,000 KM mark due to sidewall punctures. With wear catching up, it was time to look for a fresh set of 215/65/R16 tyres that balanced cost and quality.

The Search
The neighborhood tyre shop quoted ₹9,000 per tyre for Apollo Aptera. Curious about online options, I checked Tyresnmore and got these quotes:

CEAT: ₹8,879
MRF Wanderer Sport: ₹9,736
Apollo: ₹10,230

Then, another local tyre shop, an MRF franchisee, offered me MRF tyres for ₹8,000 each, claiming lower pricing because he exclusively stocks MRF. He also pointed out that other retailers often source tyres from such franchisees. Free fitting, balancing, and alignment? Check. Month of manufacture - Oct/Nov 24 - I checked the code on the tyres.

The franchisee was not willing to pay for old tyres but tyresnmore were (Rs. 100 per tyre). But the tyresnmore price was still Rs. 9,200+ per tyre.

Tyresnmore said alignment wasn’t “critical” during tyre replacement, which felt odd to me.

The Decision
I went with the MRF franchisee and had the tyres installed yesterday. The result? A smoother ride and peace of mind.

My Takeaways:

Talk to Franchisees: If you’ve picked a brand, seek out authorized franchisees—they may have the best deals.
Compare All-In Costs: Factor in services like alignment and balancing.
Local Shops Aren’t Always More Expensive: Don’t write off your neighborhood tyre guy; sometimes they’re the most reliable.

Would love to hear your experiences or tips—especially if you’ve tried the same tyre models or brands!
