Wow!

An excellent collection there Girish. Am sure lots of time, effort and cost would have gone into the restoration. I am in Mangalore and would love to have a look at all these beauties. PM me your contact details.

Btw is your mechanic located on the road that leads to the telecom office?

Thalaiva, plz replace that " Mikcarb" , with mk 11 Villiers carb & atleast get a decent Villiers pod filter rather than the lousy Natco filter, seen in this wonderful machine
lets pull one from our BL& sons if he haves one in the bin

Great !! Do you have this one ?
This is MK 11 carb, but think fuel inlet pipes, have "banjo" mating.
Do ur AMBY (sorry short-cut allergic members, couldnt control myself, pease bear with me) fuel have Ewarts pet tap ? and check your bike's inlet diameter,if both are same, then go for this carb ( set up your jetting after test riding) OR else Villiers "S" type will be the right one, since your engine cap is 200cc, but the inlet fixing must be oval as in our regular mikarbs

Dear Sir,

Yes, I have this Carb, bought from UK.
No, the inlet fixing is different (may be modified before), we did fixed this carb but its very difficult to start, have to take out the air filter and close by hand, then it starts.....so we did not used this and used Micarb, my mechanic says let it run like this for some time, then we fix the problem.

Seen my mail ?

regards

Thats it, your mill needs richer mixture ( since if you close the air,by hand!!)
then it must be "Villiers S" type carb a right choice ( its nothing our Crusader Carb boss)
& more than that it is a Flange type, which you need for this 200cc Villy ( sorry , no more short cuts)

Re: Few of my(girishpv) collections

That is TVS Suzuki Express 35 Cc (Minipad) from 1992. The tank looks to be replaced with custom made.
