Hi Karl,

Its been long time since we talked.
The Velocette LE Mk3 was my recent find from Delhi 3 months ago and now being restored in Hyderabad by Mr. Rashhed Modi.
I found a lot of bikes and scooters in Delhi in Karol Bagh area. The asking price is way too high.
Some are in mint condition.
Catch you in e-mail soon
Cheers
Girish

Dear RG,

I don't know exactly about the tyres, most of them are worn out, I am planning to change all 5, need some help from BHP'ins about the right tyre.

You may notice a box below the dash board which is removed now and horn push been fixed.

Yes Mr. Mody did tell me he he's restoring a Velocette LE here. Although I'm not sure if I saw the bike at his place.
He did get a Yamaha also from Delhi in a dismantled state.

About the bikes in karol bagh, any lambrettas among them? 'been looking for a series 1 (aka "chestlight") real bad! 'have heard bout some in delhi but none at the right price!

Dear Girish PV - the tyres on your CJ3BLHD are 6.00*16 M&S pattern tyres. Please purchase same size and same tread pattern. I will prefer MRF. Do not purchase seconds or local manufactured tyres. Please replace tubes also.

Best regards,

Behram Dhabhar
