How about 60's Fiat 850 spider. It looks similar. The three separate tail lights seems local workaround..

Indeed it is! Only thing is it has Fiat 1100 wheels which make the proportions look gawky!

Re: Classics of Travancore, Cochin and Malabar

While not directly tied to classic automobiles, Mr. Avarachan intriguingly recounts his experiences as a chauffeur for numerous VIPs of the bygone era.

Looks like something from Ford Australia?

Wonder if this was the one destroyed in 'Aanaval mothiram' or if this was the one abandoned behind TRV airport compound near Beemapally area circa late 2000s.

Re: Classics of Travancore, Cochin and Malabar

KLQ3060 Impala 2 door hardtop from an1985 Malayalam movie starring Ratheesh.
There is a Standard 2000 TCW3888 also in the same movie which seems to be a brand new one by the year in which the movie was released. This actor Rateesh was supposed to be one of the first in Kerala to acquire a Standard 2000.SO chances are high that this one could be his own car
