A friend shared this lovely letter pertaining to his family Harley Davidson. The dealers were Autocars Ltd, popular for selling Austin cars.

This badge is fitted to a BSA Bantam bike. It seems to read NCCO - Naresh Chandra and Co. I cannot read the Nagpur address clearly.

Letters of commendation written by Allied Motors management (dealers for Rolls Royce, Bentley, Hillman, Humber and more). These letters stand proud in the 4th generation workshop Krishna Motor Garage in Delhi.

Here is the dealer plate on what is probably India's oldest Land Rover. Delivered to the royal family of Wankaner, the dealer was Motors India Ltd., Bombay.

The aptly named 'Automobiles Ltd' in Bangalore were agents for Chevrolet, Vauxhall, Hillman, Humber, Talbot, Pontiac and La Salle cars, as well as Chevrolet Oldsmobile and Commer trucks. Courtesy the Bygone Bangalore facebook page, dated April 1938.
