Love Mallya's Rolls. Such a stately Ghost. Looks like a Barker body. I wonder who the previous owner was, being APX. Could someone find out please? Was it Jatprol or Dawood Jung?

This is the Ex Dawood Jung Rolls

Love the spirits of Mumbai, Beautiful cars.

Most of the cars are impeccable.

That modified Omni should have kept away. does not even qualify for wild and wackhy car pics.

Those are original but came only on other market Fiat 1100s of that period:

How this car has them I'm not really sure.

What a magnificent 64 Super Select!

Would like to know more about it's history. Hard to believe that the interior is original.

A full set of detailed photos would be a great bench mark for those Fiat owners wishing to restore their cars to original specifications.

Thanks for the excellent pictures and coverage guys.

The 170v roadsters look really pretty. Is the top on the white one original?

That is an Adler Trumpf Juniour Sport - a super looking little racer. Probably unique in India, it was restored in Pune in white before changing to two tone scheme. It is front wheel driven, gearbox mounted ahead of engine. Unique for its time.

The interiors are indeed original, the car is very low milage (around 35,000 if I remember right). The front seat has some cracks, but the rest is in great shape.

These bumpers and wheel caps were offered on the 1100 Export model (I have one), and were popular period fitments back in the day.

Manish, I have been continuosly working on the car to get it to a good admirable standard. The engine bay still needs to be worked upon towards OH REE G NAL E T. There are a lot of unwanted things that shouldn't be there or have to be replaced. Alternator also has to be replaced by period Dynamo set up. When everything is completed, I shall post pictures for your viewing pleasure.
And, sorry, but there are no stickers left here, on any of the fittings that can be pictured or referrred.
Believe me, every night is sleepless till restoration of this baby is completed and all this is going really slow as I can spare very little time once or twice a week amongst other daily routines.

Oh no, what about your Select, does she have some stickers. Please do share if any. And with the pain you take in preserving / maintaining it's no brainer that you have the most enviable collection of the Fiat 1100's.

Ahh glad to hear that Wasif. The man had impeccable taste in cars. Every day he would sit by his garages as one after the other his staff would clean and polish the machines.

His favourite for the evenings often was the lovely convertible 38 Packard in which he would drive up to the Tank Bund and have his evening drink top down.

He built that pavilion known as Dawood Jung Pavillion. People will forget these tales
