2015 Bajaj Platina spotted testing again

The 2015 Bajaj Platina motorcycle has been spotted testing again.

Going by the images, the 100 cc commuter bike is not likely to get any major changes to its design. It continues with the same 5-spoke alloy wheels, telescopic fork front and dual shock rear suspension and other fittings. The only areas where Bajaj is likely to make changes are the paint and body graphics.

The Platina is likely to continue using the same engine as the current model. However, it could be tweaked to return better fuel efficiency figures and an electric starter could be included in the list of features. The brakes will remain drum all-round.

The Platina is expected to be one of the six models that Bajaj Auto plans to launch in the next six months. Details about its launch are awaited.
