The 2017 Nissan GT-R has been imported into India, prior to its official launch in the country. Often referred to as the Godzilla, the 2017 GT-R is expected to make its Indian debut by the end of this year. Nissan India has already started accepting bookings for the upcoming sports car.

The new GT-R was unveiled at the 2016 New York Auto Show, while its pre-facelift model was also showcased at this year's Auto Expo. The 2017 model gets a new front and rear bumper design, a revamped headlamp assembly, and new set of alloys.

Powering the Godzilla is a 3.8-litre, twin-turbo, V6 engine which develops 562 BHP @ 6,800 rpm and 637 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. Nissan claims a 0-100 km/h sprint time of under 3 seconds.
