2023 Honda City facelift variant details leaked!

The official launch of the 2023 Honda City facelift could take place in the first week of March.

We got our first look at the 2023 Honda City facelift over the weekend. Now, new details about the expected variants and colour options have surfaced online.

Reports suggest that the City facelift will get a new base trim called SV. Besides, there will be three more trims to choose from: V, VX and ZX. The top trim is expected to get Honda Sensing tech, which is essentially an ADAS suite with features such as lane keep assist, forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control auto high beam assist, among others.

Honda is also likely to offer two variants of the City e:HEV. The hybrid model will come in V and VX trims.

The 2023 Honda City will be available with an RDE-compliant 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine, while the 1.5-litre diesel engine will be discontinued. On the other hand, the City e:HEV will be offered with the same 1.5-litre petrol-hybrid powertrain mated to an e-CVT.

Select dealerships have reportedly started taking bookings for the City facelift for a token amount of Rs 21,000. The official launch could take place in the first week of March.
