2024 Kia Sonet gets sunroof in base & mid-spec trims

The new HTE(O) and HTK(O) variants are offered with both petrol and diesel engine options.

Kia has introduced four new variants of the Sonet. The new HTE(O) and HTK(O) trims come equipped with a sunroof and are priced from Rs 8.19 lakh (ex-showroom).

The HTE(O) trim is positioned above the base trim. It is the most affordable variant of the Sonet that is equipped with a sunroof.

In addition to an electric sunroof, the mid-spec HTK(O) trim also gets connected LED taillights, automatic climate control and a rear defogger. Besides this, the GTX+ and HTX+ variants of the Sonet now get auto up/down windows in the front and rear.

Kia is now offering three new exterior colour options on the base HTE and HTK variants of the Sonet. These include Aurora Black Pearl, Imperial Blue and Pewter Olive.

The new HTE(O) and HTK(O) variants are offered in both petrol and diesel engine options. This includes the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol or the 1.5-litre diesel engine. The higher-spec variants of the Sonet are also available with a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine.
