The 2025 Yamaha FZ-X will get hybrid tech, similar to the Ray ZR and Fascino scooters. The updated version of the FZ-X 150cc bike was recently showcased at a dealer event and is expected to make its public debut at the upcoming Bharat Mobility Expo.
The 150cc, single-cylinder engine powering the Yamaha FZ-X will be paired with an Integrated Starter Generator, providing a slight boost in performance. It will also get features like idle start/stop and silent start.
Besides the engine, Yamaha has made other changes to the FZ-X. The bike now gets a colour TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity. It offers features such as turn-by-turn navigation, music playback control, and call and notification alerts.
On the other hand, the Yamaha FZ-S remains unchanged for the 2025 model year. It will be available in STD and DLX variants and will get new colour options.
