Auto Expo 2016 - list of exhibitors and other details

Auto Expo – The Motor Show 2016 is scheduled to be held from February 5-9, 2016 at the India Expo Mart, Greater Noida.

The venue has been given a makeover. The gross indoor exhibition space has increased from 62,000 square metres in the previous edition to 68,000 square metres.

Six large halls with an additional carpet area of 37,240 square metres, air-conditioning and power supply cabling have been constructed. The venue previously had only 8 permanent halls measuring 27,648 square metres.

Four-wheeler and commercial vehicle manufacturers such as Ashok Leyland, Audi, BMW, Datsun, Fiat, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Isuzu, Jaguar Land Rover, Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Renault, Scania, SML Isuzu, Tata Motors, Toyota, VE Commercial Vehicles and Volkswagen among others. In the two-wheeler segment, Hero MotoCorp, Yamaha, Mahindra, Piaggio, Suzuki, Triumph and TVS among others are expected to display their products and technologies.

The show will also see the likes of brands such as Abarth, BMW Motorrad, Jeep, DSK Benelli and Indian Motorcycle participating.

Other exhibitors are likely to include manufacturers of bicycles, tyres and tubes, oil companies, automotive design and technology, engineering and IT for automobile companies, institutions, universities, auto insurance companies, and media & auto portals / publications.

There will be a pavilion of vintage cars and an area for outdoor activities, such as safe riding, driving simulators, etc. The food court will cover an area of 1,000 square metres.

A free shuttle service has been arranged to the venue from Botanical Garden metro station, the nearest metro station to the venue.

The organisers expect around six lakhs visitors at The Motor Show 2016 during the five public days.
