Bentley to go all-electric by 2030

The first all-electric Bentley to be introduced in 2025.

Luxury carmaker Bentley has announced that by 2030, it will only have electric cars in its model line-up.

As part of its "Beyond100" strategy, Bentley plans to have two plug-in hybrid models by next year. The Bentayga Hybrid has already been launched, and the second model is likely to be the Flying Spur Hybrid. By 2023, all models will have a hybrid variant.

In 2025, Bentley plans to introduce its first all-electric car. By 2026, the brand's model line-up will only include plug-in hybrids and electric cars.

Bentley's current line-up includes the Continental GT range, Flying Spur limousine and the Bentayga SUV. All three models are offered with V8 and W12 petrol engines. The Bentayga also gets a V8 diesel and V6 petrol in the plug-in hybrid variant.
