Chevrolet Trailblazer interiors spied

Test mules of Chevrolet's Trailblazer SUV have been spotted on several occasions in the past. This time around its interior have been captured on camera.

If you have checked out our detailed coverage of the Chevrolet Trailblazer at the Auto Expo 2014, you will immediately notice that the interiors of the test mule are identical to the one showcased at the Expo. A black and beige interior theme is carried with chrome and piano black additions to bring life to the otherwise, straight-forward interior design. The steering wheel is a 'T'-spoke unit with buttons for audio, telephone and cruise control.

An infotainment screen and a circular HVAC layout grab attention on the centre console. This test mule is a 2-wheel drive variant as the control knob or 4-wheel drive mode selector is missing from behind the gear lever. It gets a wide day/night mirror, chrome door handles and door locks, spring-loaded grab handles and rear arm rest with cup holders. This SUV is essentially a 7-seater, and promises decent leg room for the middle and last row passengers.

A 2.8 litre, 4-cylinder diesel motor will power this vehicle and produces 200 BHP and 500 Nm of torque. The choice of a 6-speed manual or automatic is likely to be available. Also, a 4-wheel drive variant is likely to be offered with this SUV.
