Dark Knight Trilogy's Batmobile on sale for $3 million

Powering the Batmobile is a 6.2-litre LS3 V8 engine, producing 525 BHP and 659 Nm.

According to reports, Tumbler - the Batmobile from Christopher Nolan's 'The Dark Knight' trilogy, is up for sale.

Fans of the Batmobile can now purchase a screen-accurate version of the Tumbler for $2.99 million. The Tumbler has been created by the team at Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products (WBDGCP) & Relevance International. The screen-accurate Tumbler will be limited to just 10 examples from Wayne Enterprise Experience - a bespoke luxury brand inspired by the caped crusader himself.

The Tumbler is built using a steel tube frame, while the bodywork is made up of a mix of carbon, fibreglass, kevlar, and metal panels. The Batmobile also comes with a smoke screen and a jet engine (without the flames). Interiors of the Tumbler are also made as accurate as possible to the actual model in the movies, with the option of having the Batmobile in either left or right-hand drive configurations.

Powering the Batmobile is a 6.2-litre LS3 V8 engine, producing 525 BHP and 659 Nm. It is paired with a 4-speed 4L85E automatic transmission with paddle shifters.
