The Fiat Punto Evo Abarth and Avventura Abarth have been spotted testing.

The Punto Evo Abarth is reported to be powered by a 1.4-litre, turbocharged petrol engine that can produce close to 135 BHP. The spy images suggest that the car gets a TJet bagde on the boot, Abarth body graphics on the sides, a chrome exhaust tip and Abarth alloy wheels. The car also gets disc brakes all round and stiffer suspension than the standard Punto Evo. The Abarth badge on the hatch has been masked.

The Avventura Abarth gets the same engine as the Punto Evo Abarth. On the cosmetic front, apart from Abarth badges and markings, the car is not expected to get any changes.

Media reports suggest that Fiat will launch the Abarth brand in India in August. The 595 Competizione will be the first car to be introduced. The Punto Evo Abarth and Avventura Abarth will follow later.
