Honda WR-V facelift spied for the first time

The WR-V is currently offered with a 1.2L petrol and 1.5L diesel engine options.

The first spy images of the upcoming Honda WR-V facelift have surfaced online. The car was reportedly spotted inside a storage facility.

The spy images suggest that the WR-V will receive an updated front end featuring a new octagonal grille with a chrome element at the top and what appear to be new twin-pod split headlamps. The car also has a redesigned front bumper.

At present, Honda offers the WR-V with two engine options. These include a 1.2-litre petrol engine producing 89 BHP @ 6,000 rpm and 110 Nm @ 4,800 rpm. The car also comes with a 1.5-litre diesel motor that makes 99 BHP @ 3,600 rpm and 200 Nm @ 1,750 rpm. While the petrol engine comes with a 5-speed manual, the diesel gets a 6-speed manual transmission.
