Maruti Suzuki Ertiga CNG to get new variants

At present, the Ertiga CNG is available in VXI, ZXI and Tour M trims.

Maruti Suzuki will be adding new variants to the Ertiga CNG range. According to a recent leak, the MPV will get three new variants, including one for the fleet operators.

At present, the Ertiga CNG is available in VXI, ZXI and Tour M trims. Soon, VXI (O), ZXI (O) and Tour M (O) variants will be added to the list.

The new variants will be positioned above the existing ones and could get additional features and equipment. Maruti might also offer safety features like front-seat side airbags and rear parking camera that are only available in the top-spec non-CNG version.

The Ertiga CNG is powered by a 1.5-litre engine. When running on CNG, this motor develops 87 BHP @ 5,500 rpm and 121.5 Nm @ 4,200 rpm. The engine is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission.
