More images: Hyundai Venue facelift spied

The Venue competes with the Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon and the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza.

New images of the updated Hyundai Venue have surfaced online. The latest images reveal the car's front fascia and its redesigned taillights.

The Venue facelift will get a redesigned front grille but retains the same headlamp setup. The rear fascia gets a major overhaul though. It now features L-shaped LED headlamps, a redesigned tailgate and a bumper.

The updated Venue is expected to be offered with the same engine options as the current model. These include a 998cc turbo petrol with 118 BHP and 172 Nm, 1.2-litre petrol producing 82 BHP and 115 Nm and a 1.4-litre diesel that makes 89 BHP and 220 Nm. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, 6-speed iMT and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic.
