Range Rover & Range Rover Sport now assembled in India

Prices of the Range Rover LWB and Range Rover Sport have been reduced by Rs 56 lakh and Rs 29 lakh, respectively.

JLR India has commenced local assembly of select variants of the Range Rover and Range Rover Sport in India. As a result, the prices of these variants have been reduced significantly.

The locally-assembled Range Rover is available in 3.0L Petrol LWB Autobiography and 3.0L Diesel LWB HSE trims, priced at Rs 2.60 crore and Rs 2.36 crore (ex-showroom), respectively. That’s almost Rs 56 lakh cheaper than the CBU versions.

As far as the Range Rover Sport is concerned, the SUV is available in Dynamic SE trim priced at Rs 1.40 crore (ex-showroom) - a massive price cut of Rs 29 lakh.

The Range Rover and Range Rover Sport will be assembled at JLR India’s plant in Pune, alongside other models like the Range Rover Evoque, Range Rover Velar, Land Rover Discovery Sport and Jaguar F-Pace. Deliveries of the locally assembled Range Rover SUVs will commence on August 16, 2024.
