Renault Captur facelift spied ahead of unveil

Powertrain options should remain unchanged from the current model, with any changes reserved for the next-gen version.

Renault seems to be working on a mid-cycle refresh for its Captur SUV. Currently in its second-generation iteration, the crossover was spotted recently with camouflage, indicating that a facelift is arriving soon.

As seen from the spy images, the front and rear of the SUV have been covered in camouflage, indicating revamped styling at both places. As per reports, the Captur facelift is likely to get a new front grille, updated front bumper, re-designed headlamps and LED DRLs, new taillights and a revamped rear bumper and tailgate.

While there are no images of the crossover's interiors, the Captur facelift is expected to come with a digital instrument cluster, a large infotainment screen and a few additional features and tech.

Powertrain options should remain unchanged from the current model, with any changes reserved for the next-gen version. Renault is yet to announce the unveil timeline for the Captur in international markets.
