Royal Enfield recalls 2021 Classic 350 over brake issue

26,300 units of the Classic 350 manufactured between September 1, 2021 and December 5, 2021 are affected by this issue.

Royal Enfield has recalled the 2021 Classic 350 over a faulty brake issue.

26,300 units of the Classic 350 manufactured between September 1, 2021 and December 5, 2021 are said to be affected by this issue.

According to Royal Enfield, the technical team has discovered a potential issue with the brake reaction bracket attached to the swingarm of both the 2021 single-channel ABS and rear drum brake variants of the Classic 350.

The team found that the reaction bracket could get damaged under a high braking load and could lead to unusual braking noise and reduce the braking efficiency in extreme conditions.

Royal Enfield dealerships will be reaching out to owners of the affected bikes. Customers can also reach out to their local Royal Enfield workshops or call the helpline (1800 210 007).
