Rumour: Honda CB Twister replacement to be named Livo

Honda is working on a new commuter motorcycle in the 110cc segment, which is rumoured to be a replacement for the CB Twister. This new bike is believed to be based on the Dream Yuga platform and will be called the Livo.

The CB Twister has a sporty look, but its design lacks the practicality of other commuter bikes. With the new bike, Honda is expected address this issue. The Livo is likely to follow the same design language as the CB Unicorn 160 that was launched in December 2014. However, it will share many of its parts with the Dream series.

Coming to the engine, the Livo's power plant is likely to be equipped with Honda Eco Technology (HET), which the Twister's engine lacked.

It is unclear whether Honda will sell the Livo under its Dream or CB range of motorcycles.
