The launch of the next generation Mahindra Scorpio is rumoured to have been pushed to February 2022 due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

The SUV is likely to be offered with a 2.0-litre diesel engine producing 158 BHP. The engine could be paired with either a 6-speed manual or an automatic transmission. It could get an all-wheel drive system as well.

The Scorpio could be equipped with 10-spoke alloy wheels, a touchscreen infotainment system, a flat-bottom steering wheel, and a sunroof.
