The Yamaha MT-15 has been spotted testing in India for the first time. 

The MT-15 was unveiled at a motor show in Thailand last year. The bike shares its underpinnings with the YZF-R15 V3.0. The spy images suggest that the India-spec MT15 could get conventional telescopic front forks and a monoshock at the rear. It offers an upright riding position.

The MT-15 is expected to be powered by the same 155cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine as the YZF-R15 V3.0. This engine makes 19 BHP @ 10,000 rpm and 14.7 Nm of torque @ 8,500 rpm and comes paired with a 6-speed gearbox. 

Braking setup might also be identical to the fully-faired R15. It is expected to get disc brakes at both ends and ABS.
