Thailand: Next-gen Toyota Fortuner spied again

The next generation Toyota Fortuner has been spied on test yet again. The test mule seen here was spotted in Thailand and the image source states that the SUV could be revealed in July this year.

The camouflaged vehicle showcases the new Fortuner’s side profile and evidently displays the reworked styling, including the beefed up fenders, sharper rear door, re-styled third row window, new bumpers and restyled roof spoiler.

The front is not visible in this image, but an an image taken earlier shows the SUV’s front sans camouflage and vehicle featured swept back projector headlamps garnished with chrome to the side, a smaller, but beefed up 2-slat chrome grille with flanks that merge with the headlamps, a redesigned front bumper that curves inward, a 3-slat black air dam and round fog lamps with thick - brushed aluminium finish housings.

Rivals for the new Fortuner will include the new Ford Endeavour and upcoming Mitsubishi Pajero Sport.
