Indonesia: Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R launched

Kawasaki has launched the Ninja ZX-25R in Indonesia. The bike is available in two variants - Standard and Special Edition.

The Ninja ZX-25R was unveiled at the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show. The fully-faired sports bike comes with twin headlamps, semi-digital instrument cluster, clip-on handlebars, a stepped seat and an underside exhaust.

The Ninja ZX-25R is powered by a 249cc, liquid-cooled, 4-cylinder engine that produces 49 BHP @ 15,500 rpm and 22.9 Nm @ 14,400 rpm. An optional RAM air intake boosts the output to 50 BHP. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox via a slipper and assist clutch.

The bike rides on 37 mm Showa fork suspension and has a monoshock at the rear. It features a single 310 mm disc brake at the front and a 220 mm disc at the rear. It comes equipped with dual-channel ABS, traction control and has 3 riding modes.

The Ninja ZX-25R is a fully-faired sports bike featuring a twin headlamp setup, while the turn signals are positioned on the side fairings. The bike has a stepped seat and an underside exhaust.

The Ninja ZX-25R is powered by a 249cc, liquid-cooled, in-line 4-cylinder engine. Kawasaki hasn't disclosed the power and torque figures though. The bike rides on upside down Showa SFF-BP fork suspension at the front and has a monoshock at the rear. It has a single disc brake at the front and rear.

The Ninja ZX-25R comes with traction control, Kawasaki Quick Shifter and has user selectable power modes.
