Sunday, 15th Nov 2009.

I woke up when started hearing human voices. I hear Swastik vjiay getting and going for Bird watching in early morning. I see my watch, it was almost 6am. And I lost the sleep. Get up and notice that our young lazy fellow also getting up.

For those who don't know lazy fellow - His name is Vijay Reddy. I wonder if he had seen the 9am or even 10am on weekends, except for those days when we have OTR

Atlast, got a chance to use this!!!




Now, that's what I meant when I said - "We like doing things NOT to be".

Slowly, the entire bunch of guys were outside the tent and don't know what to do. Some where thinking of going to the Avalakonda(?) temple even before taking bath. Not for seeing god. I am sure it was for climbing that hill. Lol...

Then we have our Sreenivasan inviting us for the coffee. OMG, it was the wonderful word I was expecting for. Was so much worried and missing the morning coffee. The rescurer (sorry madam, I did not get your name.) made garam-garam coffee. The catalyst, very must for morning. And I am sure you know why. hehehe.

Then we had enough time for the others to reach there. So decided to go for morning walk.

Madam promised to show the beauty of that place surrounded by hills all the side. She took us near the river. That was a wonderful morning walk.

We did a short trekking and reached the top of the small hill to see this.



Do you see the other end of the bank? That's where we finally came for completing the OTR. More on that later.

Couple of guys stopped below the hill and waited for us. But Madam took a different route to reach back and hence we just left them there.

When we returned, we see Shakir shouting at us to make it fast.



Had a good bread/butter breakfast.

And marched towards the entry point where the others were waiting for us.

Dear Santosh, most of the jeepers/gypsyers are married Marriage doesn't stop you from OTRs. You will have one more partner in OTR. Don't bring Off-topic here.

Look at the angle. This driver get scared if the jeep tilts to his side. But feels very happy if its on other side. Selfish fellow

I really really missed this shot. His gypsy was dancing with just 2 diagonal wheels on ground and the rear left wheel was way off in air. Sorry buddy, the Jeep I was in also danced and hence missed your excellent action.

The challenge of this terrain is not visible, in other words we could not do justice with the pics. People who saw that knows how tricky that slide was.

People wanted to test the depth of the river so we can cross. So, we asked the spidey to go for the recce. Shan goes carefully along the side of the river, feels some rock. And the moment he was about to reach the other end, got some feeling that its not good and turned immd left and came out.




Rajesh was asked if he wanna try the same path. He was ready for it, and tried. But fate stuck him. He got stuck royally and took more than 30min to pull him out by towing. First with Jeep, then with Scorpio. No use. So, we again took Vijay's jeep with winch, anchored it to the ground, and finally pulled it.




See how deep its stuck.
