New 4X4 project

Jyobeb,
From the pictures above, don't you think the rear seatbelts are way too high than where they have to be? There doesn't seem to be too large a height difference between the seats at the front and back, but the seatbelt positioning seems a lot more. I may be mistaken, though.
P.S: A friend of mine from Coimbatore met you recently, Arthur. :)
The front seat belts are a little lower than they should be but not really a problem. A very tall person may find it a bit uncomfortable.
The rear seats are about 6" higher than the front seats and the seat belts are perfect.
I tried both and found both acceptable.
Yup I met Arthur Steele. Very knowledgeable person.
I was very unhappy with the work done on my rear tailgate and hence decided to rebuild the whole tailgate, both upper and lower tailgate.
I also redid my wiper system with a link rod setup.
My newly done split tailgate is ready.

Cool, I'm kind of liking this setup. Even then I'm skeptical on the opening of the upper gate? The tyres will still not allow it right?
BTW the Tyre carrier has a thick protrude? Why?
So Jyobeb paid the fee for RFC? lol:

That is the pipe for fitting my rear view camera. It had to be wide enough to all for tools to hold the camera while mounting/tightening it. It also acts as a support for the tyre while mounting it.
"Snails pace", gets a new meaning!!!
Anyways the rear doors are complete and my rear roof Ac has been fitted.
Now the work on my new door handles.
Some pictures for your viewing.
TempoTraveller Superking/SANDEN AC Blower? Good Idea to cool from the rear side, what about the in-dash blower?
This engine wont even feel an ant bite even with 2 blowers and a large compressor!!

That blower can become a crotch cooler when fitted in front, better in the back!
@jyobeb - can you open the upper part of the tailgate by itself, or will it (as it seems) foul with the spare wheel?
@ Santosh, I will have a single blower in front also!
@Steeroid, nope I will need to unlock the spare tyre to open the upper part of the tailgate. I will be able to open the upper tailgate independently with anything smaller than a 33".
Some more new pics. Man, doing mods that work, is expensive!
jyobeb Sir,

Can you please share the details if this AC Blower ? I am planning an ac for My Jeep. I looking for thin AC blowers like the one comes in Innova, Safari as the middle row seats any suggestions for me ?.

Boss this is called the "Microbus". This is not exactly slim and what the Innova and Tavera use, is much slimmer. You should be able to buy it in an ac hardware specialist shop.
The Microbus is predominantly used in van and tempos. Since my middle row windows are going to be the sealed type, I wanted the air conditioning to be very good.
Jyobeb, what happened to your old tcic engine and gearbox,is it available for sale.
Sorry cant pm you.
