Hi Buddy,

Thats a nice pair of mags you picked up.

Am also planning on changing mine to mags. The price you paid for this pair shown is awsome. Could you let me know the name of the shop you have picked this from on JC road so that I can also try to get a similar deal.

Your help is appreciated.

Me any my friends also got a gypsy and we are in bangalaore too. We could try to catch up some time.

Cheers,
Aj

Hi Krishna,

Well I too was shocked as the first line mentioned "Let the pictures do the talking" and below I see a Gypsy being painted pink. Infact i was going to ask you why the colour pink, till I read your last line.

The painter sure knows what he's doing, I bet the Gypsy will be a stunner. All the best.

Cheers !!!!

Thanks Randeep. I had called up the painter just now, yesterday he has painted the red color (First coat). Two more coats to go.
He has assured me that he will finish the work by this Saturday.

As of now I have not thought about engine mods. Suggest what I can go for, along with the price. If it’s feasible I will go for it.

Depending on your budget, you can do the following
1) A K&N OE replacement air filter (abt Rs 3500)
2) Full header (Abt Rs 8000)
3) An engine transplant (Starts from Rs 25000).

Here are the list of mods you can plan for the future-
1. Full FFE with custom headers -10,000-12,000 Rs.
2. K&N or Green air filter - 3,000-5,000 rs.
3. Bigger carbs, though it will affect your FE
4. Fibre leaves for the suspension - 12,000-14,000 rs.
5. SPOA (contact khan_sultan for this mod)

Hi Ajay,

I bought it from Balaji tires. It’s in the JC main road itself, next to Madhus tires. He will recognize if you tell "Guys from Mysore who bought 10 set of Gypsy 3 spoke F1 Mag wheels". I can join you people, preferably after 6 in the evening on working days :-)

@krishnathanthri,
From the latest pics it looks like the B pillar is removed in the gypsy. Are you planning to permanently remove them ?

Krishnatantri,

I am already imagining the look of your gypsy with all extras, tyres, alloys, team-bhp stickers, etc.

You did not answer my query on off roading participation willingness.

they are meant to be off road.

What is the status now on gypsy

Congratulations, Krishna. This is one thread that I will be closely watching.

I will buy one when there are enough resources for me to buy a second vehicle.

If only the ride was smoother, I would have convinced my better half to having only one vehicle, that's the Gypsy!
