| ![]() Sorry if this is a bit of a dampener but the NGT520/530 BA10 2wd gearboxes cannot be directly bolted on with any transfer case. You need an adapter plate for the T18 and a different kind for the BW transfer case. This is the adpter for the BW transfer case on the right. BHPian | ![]() heres the update happy feet shall dance tonight,(health permiting that is) special thanks to jyobeb and arka for answering all thoses calls and for all the information. i myself just transformed the 2wd ngt530 to a 4wd ngt530 with a manual borg warner transfer case thanks again for all the help, rest assured lots more calls till this project is complete. pictures as soon as i find the usb (during tonights match) |

| ![]() Glad to be of help Allan. Just one more thing. If the tyres you plan to use are 31 inchers, you will have to change your diff ratios to 5.375:1 (43/8). Anything bigger and you will need the 5.75:1 diff. Using the stock 4.88 ratio will rob your engine of all power. |

BHPian | ![]() ok here goes, project on in full swing body has been removed off the chassis to start full sanding of the body as well as the chassis ![]() ![]() the engine ![]() the ngt 530 3wd gearbox ![]() ![]() the ba10 4wd gearbox with the manual borg warner transfer case ![]() ![]() now the process to remove the transfer case from the ba10 and put it onto the ngt530 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() and voila the ngt 530 with the manual borg warner tranfer case, what some say is rare ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() aussie lockers are on their way ![]() |

Keep 4.88:1 Differential Ratio and Maxxis Big-Horn (245-75-16 Tyres on the Army Rims and Rear Auto-Lockers) I would suggest to keep the looks sober, like a stock Army MM550XD, but the performance will be scorching.
