No you have to ask for the full chassis number which contain two more characters apart from the 17 characters what you have provided here.

From your First page post, I know its a Skoda and its a July Manufactured.

Can you recheck the VIN please as normally letter I (i) wont use in VIN Characters. Also 10th Character which normally represents year is looking odd.
