On the Pioneer IP Bus Cable

I HAVE A PIONEER DEH-P5750MP STEREO.

IT HAS A BUILT IN AUX INPUT. WHICH MEANS I CAN CONNECT MY IPOD Or MP3 OR CD PLAYER TO IT.
BUT THE PROBLEM IS DAT THE AUX SLOT IS ONLY CONNECTED THRU A CD-RB10 IP BUS CABLE, WHICH I CANNOT FIND.

Any of u who can help me out....

Vipul... You can get this from 'Driven' in Mayapuri. Call Manik at 9811775777.

Vipul, Please do not use full caps in your posts. It is considered rude. Thanks.

Amit, considering the Pioneer CD-RB10 sells for $35 + shipping on crutchfield, I think Rs1500 is a decent price. I dont think what he's offering is the CD-RB10, but I know it works. You could try bargaining...

I have exactly the same problem with my Harmann Kardon Ride+Drive. Right now it is using FM modulation but I plan to pick up a cable from either the UK or Penang. Rs 1500 is a steal

Hey folks.... I will talk to 'Driven' tomorrow and see if he can reply to your queries. I have seen the cable, it is not Pioneer made, its a 3rd party product. But it works well and its far cheaper.

Thanks Gunbir. In fact I'm sure I would be able to cobble together one with my soldering iron, if I had the pin that goes in the rear end of the Pioneer HU.
By the way I inquired with a local leading car accessories dealer in Goa. He said he could arrange me one "as a special favor" for Rs 8000/- Yes eight thousand! "It's expensive you know", he says. I thanked him and headed staright back home.

The connector that driven is giving is a Fake. It is self made by them , BUT it will work fine with a HU(means serve the purpose of aux-in). From the pioneer side they offer RB-10 and RB-20 both of them are AUX in adapters the diff is that in RB-10 there is no IPBUS out it means that u cannot connect any thing further ahead of the AUX unit but in RB-20 u can connect further in any IPBUS device like changer or IPOD controller.

for RB-20
http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pn..._32762,00.html

for RB-10
http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pn..._35681,00.html

Firstly if any one search in the maket for the same they will get only RB-20 because of the expansion point of view. And for the cost it will be around 5k-6k. Rest it up to u which one do u wanna buy.
