What you are saying makes sense. EVO is just another accessory store so how can they offer that much of a benefit compared to other stores like Torque, Hot tracks or Kumars who carry the same brands. EVO is a small store on a busy cambridge layout road with no parking and difficult access.

Congrats mkh on your new ICE. I am getting my Illusion Electra Comps from B&T in 2 days. This will replace Hetrz @ front stock location.

Local installer asked me to go and check JBL 100.4 4 ch amp and GZ 30T sub tomorrow. I'll listen and decide. He quoted 11K for 100.4 with bill and warranty, is this price OK?

Pop, Hip Hop, Jazz sounds very good. Not all rock music sound well on this system but any music that is soft with instruments and vocals this system will give you live stage performance effect. ID subs needs a whole lot of applaud and Infinity Kappa no words to describe for its sound quality in this price range.

6. would you recommend it to others???
Defenitely yes if their choice of music alings to this configuration/setup.

Yes. However, eventhough all equipment are almost 4 years old I am a little disappointed with the JBL Components and would not recommend them as they fail terribly in terms of clarity. One can get Illusion Electras for the same price which are waaaaay better.
