Well, for daily use it does not need any lesser, am using just abt 65 % of the rated power, in a Zen it is pretty deafening to use that much power, but then agai I am a bass head, to use all the power which the amp is giving, yeah I would need a 0/1 Ga power cable.

Ahhh, there's the catch. If you aren't using it at full rated power, or even the unrated output of 1400W rms, then how can you justify that a 4-ga cable is ok for the amp? Apna LBM bhai doesn't want to have a 1kW amp and just churn out 650W. He wants 1.5kW if possible . Thats why Gunbir and JB are moaning....and uh, LBM is mourning!

Dude could you explain in simple terms as to how you came to this conclusion.I spent the last one and a half hours going through this thread in detail.I didnt want to post coz i dont know crap about ice but till know i havent read about anyone agreeing with you;thats why i wanna know how you proved urself right.

So If someone does not use the entire power daily, then the cable is not justified ? , then one fine day person feels like turning up the volume , wires start heating up, amp gets less power, head is still pushing, subs start bottoming out, not enough power, and then BooM, coils r damaged, ENJOYY !! go fight for warranty now, and the dealer explains why your wires r wrong !

ok yes,,, but how do we know what output its at... were your amps putting out 1000w or just 600w,, Whats the gain on your amps. 24 on the Alpine procesor doesnt mean anything at all. You obviously have one amp on one cable and two amps on the other. How do we know which cable you tested.

Well to all who were wondering why I put up the poll if LBM didnt want a refund... In the above post #16 he implied that if he was right we should give him replacements for the product... If all you guys would have said he was right, and since the product still isnt right for his application, we would rather give him his money back.
