That is correct. And I have not had a chance to hear them, so I am looking forward to an honest review.

Hehehehe B&T, in that case I'd like to buy 10 sets, see if you can negotiate a deal with Gunman. 10% commissions on final price is yours.

Hi all,

A small upgrade happened on the weekend. Since upgrades were in the air....

I upgraded the pre amp section on one of my amps. The four channel Billet (B475) got a new pre amp which now has Analog Devices Op Amps. It has made the mids and the highs much much better. The two channel Billet (B2110) has still got the Burr Brown op amps and as per TRU Tech the Analog Devices based preamp sounds better on speakers and the Burr Brown on bass/sub. I must agree, its TRU. The front stage has more air, if that’s what it's called in Hi-Fi lingo. Mids are warmer (more emotive?).

I have another small tweak / upgrade coming up, will keep you posted.

Wow! Congrats! I knew this was coming when you asked what was special about the SSLD6i in the other thread.

Another 'small' tweak? Mmmmm..... I wonder what. I've always thought your setup was right there, where nothing else was left to be done.
