Compo's : Here I am seriously confused. Can somebody enlighten me.
Is the only difference between components and simple nice loudspeakers 2way or 1way or 3way is that the loudspeakers have to be manually tuned?
Sub: Since my budget is 25K, which is the best VFM sub for < 8K(Including box)
No idea about the HU prices, sorry

Comps: They sound much better than the co-axials (2-way/3-way/more-way), period. Its not just the tuning/integration with the rest of the system. (Even comps will need to be tuned somewhat, from the amp-end if you get an amp). The comps have (much better external) crossovers that feed each driver (the midbass & tweeter, in the case of 2-way comps) the frequencies they need to be fed. Just listen to a component & a coaxial in the same series -- say a CS2165c and a CS2165, and you'll be able to hear he difference. And the Comps also help you get a better front-stage (and image) by letting you install the tweeter higher up in the dash/door than the mid-bass (a coaxial will have the tweeter fixed bang in front of the midbass).

Sub: For less than 8K, you can get a JBL GT4-12 sub (5K) and a good box (< 2K, even if you get a ported box). Or you can get a JBL CS1204B sub-in-a-sealed-box solution from JBL (8K).

9K(HU)+6K(compo)+11K(75.4)+6K(Sub in a box) = 32K... Teenie weenie bit above my budget. But will do.
So long and thanks for all the fish. Please comment on my setup now
So here is my setup
1. HU (Undecided, some 9K one) Anyways HU has little to do with SQ in my price range, Pio/sony/JVC all same
2. Amp : 75.4 : Looks like biggest bang for buck
3. Sub : GT4-12 : 12inch sub nice. I was thinking 10 inch earlier but 12 inch is good
4. Box: Custom made box. Factory built solution expensive
5. Components : GTO 607C

Will this fulfill my desires as posted earlier, or will I need to add something more(screen I know, something else).

100%

This will sound goooooood! You will probably get a 2K to 3K discount for the total, which can go towards wiring (which you haven't mentioned above).

Tanveer - Since you're worried about the rear speakers, why don't you use the Indica's front speakers in the rear of your Dicor?

And did you read Sam's earlier post properly? Here let me quote:

Thank you! When I go to installer I will stop at an electrical shop on the way. Will 10 meter wire be enough? Which gauge?

Right, I don't think I will sit in rear, so don't need that.

I plan to kidnap the installers children so no need to pay for wiring you see. Infact no need to kidnap. I will tell I am from Noida and drop a couple of names. As for the 6.5K, I will do chain snatching and sell chain for 500rs

6 meter would suffice....... 4 gauge (25mmsq) will be enough for a single amp.....

If my budget is exploding by backup plan is the Pioneer 6300. It costs around 6K with international bill and warranty, but need to find some bakra.

Above setup is final guys, but I need backup if the car purchase leaves me bankrupt. The only way is to save around 4K on the amp. What should be a good backup amp. Pio 6300 or something else?
Price of backup amp should be around 6-6.5K grey market okay.

Ya it will be in this price range....but I would suggest to get the 75.4 as it will only do the justice to the install...the 6300 is a good amp to power the speakers but it cannot play the sub which 75.4 can play.....

so dont change any plan now stick to it....as further changes will add confusion only.....

Okay I will stick to the plan, oh god of ice. But since I don't have any clue about the HU prices for the HUs I mentioned, I am wondering if I am not overshooting budget?
