DIY: Fixing a scraped / scratched bumper

Can't tell exactly from the pics but it does look fixable with some detailing or at the very least most of it should be reduced.

Any suggestion on the deep scratches on the bumper cladding? Apparently, these can't be handled the same way we are doing for regular-colored bumpers as painting may not be possible and it seems like you can't put sticker on them due to the texture of the surface.
