Update:
Took an off from work today to complete pending DIY works at home.

The wood from the churner has become so fragile being soaked in the water for almost couple of months. Once grabbed using the wrench, it started to shred off. Had a hard time clearing off the shreds from inside the pipe.
The plastic pipe had a metal inner which had threads in it. Over this metal is the pipe inner screwed and broken.
To my utter dismay, the length of the pipe is an inch long, due to which the hack saw was able to damage the inner thread for just quarter an inch.
Once the cut is done, started to chisel off the metal and after some hard beatings, was able to manage to remove quarter of the threaded metal from the pipe.
At this stage, an idea struck. With this quarter of a thread available, I was able to screw back the pipe which had same size of thread remaining. Voila!!! Mission accomplished. To finish off, applied m-seal on the sides of the tap. I am now a happy man. Thanks everybody.

My next need. Having a kid at home and that too in a rented house calls for lot of trouble(sweet though).
Honing his writing skills on the walls. How do we erase them. Its a combination of Crayon, Pencil and ball point pen markings. Will a thinner help?

We buy crayons, pencils and paint from crayola. These are water soluble and dissolve rapidly. So walls, flooring, furniture, carpets and clothes are all back to normal with a sponge clean up or a simple wash. Amazon dot in is our source for this amazing stuff.

Note that they have the normal type as well, so ensure that you buy the right ones.

Will keep this for my future purchases. But what should I do for the damages already done?

Scrape a thin slice of the paint and take it to the hardware shop. Get a small tin of the same colored distemper paint. Paint a thin coat on the offending area. This will work with acrylic emulsions painted surface too - if you apply a thin coat evenly.

I had to resort to this method when careless servants scratch the wall when they move things around.

Will check on this and update. Thin coat? Will a normal brush server the purpose or need to use a specialized one?

A normal thin bristled brush will serve the purpose.

Try a soft eraser first, most of it will come off with that. Then, use either a good detergent or a kitchen cleaner like Mr. Muscle or something Brain. Apply / spray, and wipe off. Hopefully the paint is a good water-based acrylic paint which will not come off.

If it does, ask the landlord what shade of paint was used (no one uses distemper nowadays). Paint shops will mix to that shade number. Get at least 0.5L of that shade - you should expect more such 'writing practice' in future. Best preventive is getting your kid waste paper and guide him in drawing on that, instead of on the wall. But ... kids will be kids! :)

Look for shops that sell bosch dremel kits and accessories in your region. They will have a catalog from which you can find what you need and order.

Also check flipkart? they had started keeping dremel accessories recently

Got a bunch of Stanley bits from eBay. The present ones were showing some wear and tear and weren't gripping onto the screws properly.
